The Director of Student Success will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive student support services, including academic coaching, professional tutoring, peer mentoring, and early alert systems. This role is instrumental in advancing student retention, persistence, and graduation, with a special focus on pre-clinical and clinical healthcare solutions. This role will report to the Project Director of Title III and supervise the Director of Student Success, Student Success Coaches, and the Manger of Advising. This role will collaborate closely with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Academic Advising, the Learning Resource Center, Counseling Services, and other campus partners. #CB
