Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

 

Roster: 8D/6R - 10hrs per day

 

12 Month Fixed Term Opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Supervisor to lead and support the Mobilisation team through high-volume onboarding and project activity. This role is responsible for supervising Mobilisation Officers, providing hands-on support during transactions, and troubleshooting internal queries to ensure seamless mobilisation outcomes.

 

You will play a key role in training and supporting staff, setting and monitoring KPIs to maintain a consistently high level of service delivery, and building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 

The role also focuses on driving efficiency through innovative technology solutions, improving onboarding turnaround times, and ensuring data integrity through regular reporting.

 

You will champion mobilisation processes and procedures while coordinating mobilisation activities for new projects and developments, contributing to continuous improvement across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Mobilisation Officers and provide support during transactions and troubleshoot internal team queries.
  • Ensure staff are trained and supported in their roles.
  • Help maintain a high consistent level of service delivery through KPI setting.
  • Developing strong, co-operative internal and external working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage and implement innovative technology functions to provide efficiency and a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly mobilisation reporting identifying areas to improve onboarding turnaround time and data integrity.
  • Develop, maintain and champion department processes and procedures.
  • Mobilisation coordination for new projects and developments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a leadership position
  • Experience in mobilising high volumes of people in a timely manner across a variety of operations (preferably within the resources industry).
  • Strong analytic skills and a high attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skillset with experience dealing with multiple customers.
  • Provide leadership by coordinating and motivating the team by setting daily KPIs and deadlines.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to managing multiple and competing priorities.
