We are currently seeking to recruit a talented Quality Lead to join our high performing international project team in Copenhagen. REPORTING TO:              Project Manager


Purpose of Role
Manage and ensure compliance with high Quality Standards on a fast-moving project. Prepare all Quality documentation in a timely fashion and lead inspection of all quality control points on site during execution. Liaise directly with the client Quality Management team and maintain a positive relationship throughout the delivery phase.


Role Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of the project comply with the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Carry out regular inspections/audits of the site and issue reports to the Project Team.
• Prepare Site specific Quality Management Plans (QMP) for the project.
• Prepare all Quality documentation in a timely manner and arrange reviews of same with the client quality team.
• Lead site inspections at all Quality “hold points” during the execution of the works and present to design teams and client technical teams for sign off.
• Manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of all nonconformances on the project.
• Initiate and manage inspections and first-of-a-kind reviews with the client and design team.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, quality of workmanship, and approved            details.
• Develop and maintain inspection test plans for various work packages.
• Performs material inspection on arrival to site, to ensure all products are approved.
• Take the lead in scheduling and preparing for all walkdowns and area turnovers on the project.
• Compile assessment reports at all quality hold, witness, and inspection points during execution, as outlined in the       approved package of works ITP.
• Conduct and lead weekly quality meetings with all subcontractors.


The Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years working on site managing quality with a large-scale construction/engineering organization.
• Demonstrated, hands-on on-site experience
• Minimum Degree qualification or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals. 
• Possess ability to work well as part of a team and independently,
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in EU.

• Commercially conscious individual who demonstrates market and competitor awareness.

• Have the ability to motivate ad drive the workforce.
