Job Description

Kuwait – Ali Al Salem

 

Researches, develops, designs, tests, and evaluates electrical components, equipment, and systems, applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. Designs, and may direct engineering personnel in, fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products. 

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Electrical Engineer Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET Accredited University with at least 5 years’ experience in construction or facility maintenance. 
  • Must be proficient in reviewing and analyzing electrical power distribution systems, reviewing electrical drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. 
  • Experience with airfield lighting systems and power generation equipment is highly desirable.

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with government contracting
  • Familiar with construction and day-to-day operational activities on the project site
  • Maintain strict adherence to US government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS), safety standards, and host-nation laws
  • Ensures all work aligns with security protocols, export controls, and classification requirements if applicable
