About this role

Summary:
The Project engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects for Aftermarket, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external customers to maintain strong relationships, meet technical specifications, and achieve high-quality project outcomes aligned with Flowserve standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership and accountability for end-to-end project execution, performance, quality, and safety from initiation to completion.
  • Responsible for Order management & execution of multiple jobs pertaining to various customers.
  • Ensure Order with a “clean order” and utilize the change management process to control scope, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Engineering team and obtain drawing approvals from the customer.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to project objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, milestone updates, and escalation communications to all stakeholders as required
  • Strengthen customer relationships by maintaining transparency, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools and Microsoft Office applications for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of project management experience in rotating equipment or related Pump industrial.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting for Pump Parts projects.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment, change management, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Good PC and MS Office skills & Experience with ERP.
