RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
This role is responsible for supporting Flowco’s corporate development and investor relations efforts, while also contributing to financial analysis, planning, and forecasting activities. The position will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities, communicate the company’s story to investors, and provide analytical support to guide decision-making across the organization.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Assist in the execution of Flowco’s investor relations initiatives, including public market positioning and shareholder engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts, investors, and external stakeholders
Assist with development of investor presentations, earnings releases, etc. as well as Board materials
Support corporate development efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on deal sourcing, valuation analysis, and integration execution
Assist in due diligence activities for corporate development transactions, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
Collaborate with FP&A to develop and analyze financial projections and key performance indicators for executive management and investor / public markets communications
Analyze macroeconomic and industry trends to support strategic planning and decision-making
Manage and maintain the corporate financial model in close collaboration with business units and executive leadership
Analyze financial data to assess profitability, return on capital employed, liquidity, and other performance indicators to support capital allocation decision making
Monitor compliance and regulatory requirements impacting financial reporting and investor relations.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for executive management on strategic initiatives.
Some travel required.

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, or related financial services; commercial/investment banking, corporate development, or investor relations experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, forecasting, capital planning, and regulatory reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data/analytics platforms (e.g., FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with expertise in design, formatting, and data visualization for executive-level and investor presentations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective communicator with executive management, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders; skilled at distilling complex financial information into clear messages.
Understanding of risk management, asset/liability management, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of capital markets and demonstrated ability to convert market insights into strategic and financial actions.
Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking capability.
