At Flora Food Group, we’re looking for a Treasury Accounting Specialist who brings accuracy, analytical curiosity, and a proactive mindset to strengthen our global Treasury operations. If you enjoy working with data, ensuring control and compliance, and collaborating across diverse teams—this role is perfect for you.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
What you will be doing
Managing end‑to‑end Treasury accounting & banking operations
– Oversee company bank accounts, perform daily/monthly reconciliations (TMS vs Bank vs SAP), clear transactions, and support month‑end close using SAP and Blackline—all with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Delivering high‑quality financial reporting & advanced accounting
– Prepare daily/weekly/monthly bank balance reports, support financial statement preparation, conduct variance analysis, and deliver robust balance sheet reconciliations while maintaining a structured and disciplined approach.
Turning financial data into actionable insights & resolving issues proactively
– Analyze complex datasets, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues quickly, and contribute to data‑driven decisions by applying strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Maintaining strong governance, compliance & system integrity
– Uphold treasury and financial controls, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and safeguard the integrity of financial systems—ideal for someone who values compliance and precision.
Collaborating with global teams to enhance Treasury operations
– Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across shared services to resolve reconciliation issues, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement—perfect for someone who communicates clearly and thrives in cross‑functional environments.
