Als Sr. Brand Manager/in hast Du die strategischen Zügel in der Hand und bist mit deinem Team die treibende Kraft, um dafür zu sorgen, dass Deutschland beim Kochen Rama-Produkte verwendet! 


Wir sind ein globales Lebensmittelunternehmen und vertreiben unsere Produkte in 95 Ländern weltweit – trotzdem haben wir die Denkweise eines Start-ups. Das heißt, dass Du bei uns wirklich von A-Z verantwortlich bist. Du hast eine Vision und arbeitest gerne strategisch, aber wie es bei echten Start up Unternehmern ist, bist Du auch hands-on und „cash oriented“. 


Dies sind Deine Aufgaben:  



  • Du hast die volle Ergebnisverantwortung für die Marken P&L, Absatzprognose, und Budget 



  • Du bist zuständig für die strategische Entwicklung und Führung Deiner Marke und den Aufbau eines Digital Eco-Systems anhand von Consumer Journeys 



  • Du bist für die eigenständige Analyse der Performancetreiber inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen verantwortlich 



  • Du generierst Konsumenten-Insights anhand von Marktforschung, Paneldaten, etc. 



  • Du erstellst Roadmaps und arbeitest stetig an der Entwicklung und Verfeinerung unseres Produktportfolios 



  • Du stößt Innovation/Renovation Projekte an und leitest diese 



  • Darüber hinaus verantwortest Du die Konzeption, Koordination und Durchführung von Marketingmaßnahmen (inkl. Kampagnen, Mediaplan, Konsumentenpromotion, Point of Sales Maßnahmen …) für dein Segment und agierst mit externen Kooperationspartnern 


 


Was braucht es also, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein?  


Bringst Du mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung als Brand Manager im Bereich Consumer Goods mit? Agiles Handeln in einem schnellen Arbeitsumfeld erfüllt dich mit Energy? Digital hast Du nicht nur “nebenbei” gemacht, Du bist ein digital native. Du bist zielorientiert und kannst Deine Ziele mit Daten und Fakten untermauern? Of course, you are fluent in German, but you must speak English since we are an international company. 



  • Zielorientierung – Du lässt Dich nicht von Deinem Weg abbringen 



  • Unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln – Du siehst Deine Marke als Dein Business 



  • Kreativität – Du denkst nicht “out of the box”, sitzt auch nicht in der Box - bei Dir gibts gar keine Box! 



  • Teamplayer – Da du innerhalb des Rama Teams für 1 von 4 Segmenten verantwortlich bist,  verstehst du, dass man gemeinsam noch mehr bewegen kann!
