A propos du poste :
Afin de renforcer notre équipe commerciale, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) commercial(e) GMS en CDI.
Au sein de l'équipe commerciale et rattaché(e) à un compte clé GMS (grandes et moyennes surfaces), vous assistez deux comptes clés GMS dans diverses tâches administratives et les relations clients. Vous êtes l'interface privilégié(e) entre le commercial, les services internes et les clients. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Promotion :
- Gérer le planning commercial : réponse aux appels d'offres au niveau national, relances clients, suivi des opérations.
- Assurer la communication en interne du plan promo via les outils informatiques mis à disposition.
Suivi Financier :
- Suivi de budget en collaboration avec la finance (COOP rebates, gestion des litiges).
- Partager les déclarations de CA vers les enseignes.
Administratif :
- Partage et suivi des documents nécessaires aux négociations commerciales (tarifs, fiches produits, visuels produits) en lien avec les autres services.
- Gestion des outils et création des nouveautés via Equadis/Salsify.
Que faut-il pour réussir dans ce poste ?
- Formation de niveau Bac+2 vous possédez au moins 3 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire.
- Connaissance de la Grande distribution et de ses fonctionnements.
- Aisance relationnelle, esprit d'équipe, gestion des priorités et rigueur seront des atouts pour mener à bien vos missions.
- Anglais opérationnel/intermédiaire.

What you'll do
- The Sales Assistant will assist key accounts in various administrative tasks and client relations. They will manage the commercial planning, financial tracking, and necessary documentation for commercial negotiations.
