About the Role


As a Production Coordinator, you play a critical role in supporting factory operations by ensuring accurate production reporting, material tracking, and administrative coordination. You will manage production data within SAP/CORE systems, support cost and loss control efforts, and act as a key link between Production, Finance, Warehouse, HR, and SHE teams. Your work ensures production is balanced, compliant, and efficiently documented.




What You’ll Do



  • Operate and maintain the SAP/CORE system for daily production and material data entry

  • Monitor and control raw material consumption for margarine production, including oil balance reporting

  • Verify production entries, identify discrepancies, and perform system corrections

  • Provide accurate quantitative inputs for the ZBW index and analyze production losses, including unidentified losses

  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Production Warehouse teams to reconcile data and minimize losses

  • Track and control consumption of technical materials, PPE, work clothing, cleaning products, office supplies, and hygiene items

  • Support budget control (OPC) through invoice verification, receipt checks, and tracking of material and service expenditures

  • Coordinate ordering and issuing of materials; oversee the warehouse clerk at the Goods Receiving Point

  • Prepare PR orders in the ARIBA system and support administrative documentation and correspondence

  • Maintain and verify personnel documentation (health books, periodic medical examinations) in line with regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate with external providers responsible for work clothing services

  • Support annual inventory preparation for raw materials and consumables

  • Apply Lean tools to analyze discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations, and actively respond to workplace hazards

  • Participate in company training programs and perform related duties assigned by the supervisor




About You



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production coordination, administrative, or manufacturing support role

  • Comfortable working with MS Office and production data systems

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments

  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Able to work at a computer for 4+ hours per day

  • Committed to safety, compliance, and minimizing environmental impact
