Jouw rol als Key Account Manager


Als Key Account Manager Hard Discount ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei van onze plantaardige producten bij Aldi en Lidl. Je werkt nauw samen met de categorymanager en rapporteert direct aan de Sales Manager Everest & Hard Discount. Je combineert strategisch denken met hands-on uitvoering en bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden



  • Klantbehoeften vertalen naar heldere strategieën en actieplannen

  • Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met Aldi, Lidl en aanverwante klanten

  • Verantwoordelijk voor omzet- en winstdoelstellingen

  • Prijsstelling, promoties en onderhandelingen beheren

  • Marktontwikkelingen analyseren en kansen signaleren - Volume-forecasting en rapportages opstellen

  • Interne en externe administratie zorgvuldig beheren

  • Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om klantbehoeften te realiseren


Wat breng jij mee?



  • 2–4 jaar ervaring als accountmanager, categorymanager of trade marketeer in FMCG

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels

  • Klantgericht, analytisch en resultaatgedreven

  • Strategisch inzicht én de vaardigheid om dit te vertalen naar concrete acties

  • Teamspeler met een ondernemende mindset

  • Ervaring met het Hard Discount-kanaal is een pré
