What You'll Do & Why It Matters
Own Global Planning Solutions
Be the key IT partner for IBP and FP&A, shaping and delivering SAP IBP & EPM roadmaps that enable robust, end‑to‑end planning.
Lead with Autonomy & Accountability
Operate with real ownership — defining priorities, making decisions, and delivering outcomes in a lean environment with minimal bureaucracy.
Drive Business‑Led Transformation
Translate complex needs across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Financial Planning into scalable, cost‑efficient IT solutions.
Develop Teams & Manage Vendors
Lead and mentor a high‑performing team while managing multi‑vendor / outsourced partners, holding them accountable to quality, timelines, and cost.
Influence at Senior Level
Partner closely with Market CFOs, FP&A leaders, Global Planning teams, and IT leadership, bringing senior presence, credibility, and strong business partnering to every engagement.

- The IT Planning Lead will own Global Planning Solutions and act as the key IT partner for IBP and FP&A, shaping and delivering SAP IBP & EPM roadmaps. They will also drive business-led transformation by translating complex needs into scalable IT solutions.
