You’ll work closely with 3PL partners, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain compliance, optimize processes, and achieve Flora’s ambitious service targets.

What You’ll Do

3PL Operational Oversight

  • Act as the primary liaison between Flora and 3PL partners for all warehouse execution activities.

  • Monitor daily DC performance (receiving, put-away, picking, loading, outbound execution).

  • Conduct weekly/monthly KPI reviews and ensure corrective actions for underperformance.

  • Validate proper use of WMS/SAP processes and enforce adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

  • Track and process all 3PL invoices for accuracy.

Inventory Accuracy & Governance

  • Own inventory accuracy across the North America 3PL network (US + Canada).

  • Manage cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.

  • Lead annual physical inventory processes and support external audits.

  • Ensure WMS-to-SAP alignment and drive root cause analysis for variances.

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse processes.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance service, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

  • Standardize best practices across the network in collaboration with global teams.

Service Excellence & Customer Support

  • Support achievement of 99%+ service level targets through flawless outbound execution.

  • Review order allocation, picking quality, fill rates, and OTIF performance.

  • Partner with Customer Service, Planning, and Quality to resolve order or shipment issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality, IT, Finance, and Factory CI teams.

  • Participate in ITP/IBP forums as the logistics representative for DC readiness.

  • Support new product launches, seasonal ramp-ups, and major promotional events.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track and publish KPI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct monthly business reviews with 3PL partners, highlighting trends and improvement plans.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and 3PL management.

  • Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships and enforcing KPIs.

  • Deep knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and audit management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis expertise.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
