The OPEX Controller supports the financial planning, reporting, and cost‑monitoring activities for the assigned Cost Centers. Working closely with Cost Center owners, the role contributes to budgeting and forecasting cycles, prepares financial analyses, and ensures accurate and transparent financial data. This position is designed to build foundational Controlling skills through hands‑on support of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial processes.

About the Role

• Act as a financial business partner to Cost Center owners and management, providing analysis and decision‑making support


• Lead and support Budget, Forecast, and Long‑Term Planning cycles and report financial performance vs. targets


• Monitor and control Cost Center spending, ensuring alignment with approved budgets


• Coordinate monthly accruals and perform variance analysis for assigned cost areas


• Support intercompany recharge processes, including collecting and validating allocation inputs


• Review and approve purchase requisitions and change orders to ensure budget compliance


• Contribute to Controlling projects and process improvements
  

About You

• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost control processes


• Ability to work accurately with financial data and perform structured variance checks


• Experience supporting monthly reporting, planning cycles, and Cost Center analysis


• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to learn additional financial tools


• Clear and professional communication to collaborate with Cost Center owners and internal stakeholders


• Organized approach to recurring tasks, with growing independence and accountability


• Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to contribute to process improvements and work cross‑functionally
