About this role
• Plan, manage, and supervise ACMV/HVAC works on-site from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve site issues, technical problems, and discrepancies promptly.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of ACMV/HVAC systems.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site records, and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, installation methods, and local codes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Familiar with BCA, WSH, and relevant Singapore standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work odd hours (if necessary)
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm
Alt. Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
