What You’ll Own
- Day‑to‑day HR operations & employee support
- Payroll coordination & timekeeping accuracy
- Benefits support, enrollments, and vendor communication
- New hire onboarding, orientation & LMS administration
- Maintaining employee records & compliance documents
- Supporting leadership with scheduling & admin tasks
- Recruiting support (posting, screening, coordinating interviews)
- Helping keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years HR experience (manufacturing or similar environment strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business preferred
- Knowledge of HR principles & employment law
- Strong Microsoft Office & ATS skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- SHRM certification preferred
