About this role
We’re seeking a hands‑on HR Business Partner to support our small, high‑volume manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, strengthen supervisor capability, and ensure a consistent, positive employee experience on the production floor.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly and salaried employees
- Support employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation
- Partner on workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention
- Coach supervisors on performance, communication, and leadership
- Oversee HR compliance, safety collaboration, and training initiatives
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years HR Generalist/HRBP experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work onsite daily in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
