The Systems Analyst – IT will be based in Chennai. This is for an application support role who will be taking care of production issues of Finance applications and reporting Issues with experience in Incident Management & Problem management. Candidate will be a key performer in achieving team KPI’s and looking forward with expertise in SQL.

What a typical day looks like:

• Providing Postproduction support for Business Process Management applications to address functional and technical issues at application, DB and at FTP level. Responsible of resolving Incidents as per the agreed SLA’s.
• Exhibit Enthusiasm in accepting new challenges and come up with innovative ideas in resolving issues.
• Team player, should have good communication skill with end-users to understand the issues and provide resolution.
• Should have good knowledge on SQL & Oracle Knowledge to identify and resolve the finance application and Workflow related issues.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Minimum 0 - 1 years of experience.
• Any B.E/B.Tech Graduate.
• Very Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Open for all shift.
