Job Summary
Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor Asociado de Producción ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.
Responsable de administrar una línea de producción, realizando el correcto uso de los recursos humanos, materiales, maquinarias y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de los planes de producción.
Como es un día en el trabajo:
- Seguimiento al plan de producción diario.
- Administrar y desarrollar al personal a cargo.
- Responsable de proceso End to End.
- Análisis de cuellos de botella
- Cumplimiento hora por hora.
- Cierre de ordenes de trabajo.
- Manejar de la mejor forma los recursos proporcionados por la compañía (herramientas, materiales y personal para el cumplimiento del plan de producción con seguridad, calidad y 5s).
La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:
- Ingeniería en electrónica, mecatrónica o Afin
- Experiencia en posición similar.
- Experiencia en la industria de manufactura Electrónica.
- Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing.
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de control de producción (Series, flujos, trazabilidad).
- Manejo de personal es mandatorio.
- 5s
- Conocimientos ERP´S (Baan y FlexFlow) sería un plus.
- Ingles Tecnico
- Disponibilidad de horario (se rolan turnos, descanso entre semana)
