Job Summary

We’re looking to add a new Junior Supply Chain Data Scientist (Fixed term-1 year) employee to be based in Tczew, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and support decision-making

• Create clear visualizations and reports to explain insights to business teams

• Help translate business questions into data-driven analyses

• Support building and testing simple predictive models for forecasting and optimization

• Work with large datasets to extract useful information and improve processes

• Collaborate with developers and engineers to implement data solutions

• Prepare presentations and share findings with stakeholders

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Data Science/ML/Mathematics/Supply Chain/Operations Research

• Demonstrated knowledge of applied statistical and machine learning methods

• Strong knowledge of R and/or Python is required

• Experience/knowledge with SQL

• Good Polish & English language skills

• Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)

Location: Tczew

It is a hybrid role where the contract might potentially be prolonged and made permanent after 1 year.
