In this role, you will envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life. You will take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs. Achieving this goal requires collaboration throughout the design process, from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product delights them. If this sounds like fun, well, it is! <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We’re a small, highly collaborative team that iterates quickly while maintaining a relaxed environment. Each member of our team is currently responsible for a specific product area and is charged with knowledge and empathy for that cohort of users. We come from diverse backgrounds; from banking products to dating apps and everything in between, so there’s no shortage of unique POVs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop high-level, detailed mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure designs are user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, and produce measurable results.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in an Agile/scrum environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience contributing to, or working within, a design system. Work with design tokens is a plus.</span></li>
