
The Senior Product Manager will define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product success — from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
Product Strategy & Vision — Define and drive the roadmap. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Product Development — Manage the full lifecycle from ideation to launch. Prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Management — Communicate with senior leadership, serve as the voice of the customer, and be the primary contact for cross-functional teams.
Go-to-Market & Launch — Develop GTM strategies with marketing and sales. Lead launches and monitor post-launch performance.
Continuous Improvement — Monitor metrics and feedback to continuously improve products. Work with UX/UI to improve usability.
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5–10 years overall, 4+ years in Product Management. SWE background preferred.
Experience scaling a product 0→1 at early-stage startups (Pre-Series A through Series B)
Strong analytical and data skills — experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau
Customer-focused mindset with proven track record of launching products cross-functionally
Technical acumen to communicate effectively with engineering. B2B or B2C PM experience preferred.
