Position Summary
Performing the cleaning tasks required to maintain the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and satisfactory appearance of the grounds.
REPORTS TO: Sanitation Manager
Essential Functions
· Responsible for mainlining the parking facilities and grounds in an acceptable audit ready condition.
· Assist in areas of housekeeping as needed.
· Tracking supply needs to ensure efficient supply levels.
· Ensure all debris and trash is removed from all outside grounds areas daily.
· Demonstrate full knowledge of and compliance with Company Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures.
· Follow implemented planned activities, tasks, and schedules for sanitation, including Master Cleaning Schedule tasks.
· Work with new team members.
· Follow delegated work assignments as directed by Sanitation Supervisor and Sanitation Manager.
· Responsible for thorough follow-through of cleaning assignments.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education/Experience)
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional business or industrial grounds maintenance.
· Ability to be flexible and respond as needed to change in business.

FLSA Designation: This position is Hourly and eligible for overtime.
