Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking Shipping-Stock Handler to join its team in Hagerstown, Maryland.

We are currently seeking Shipping-Stock Handler who have the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Pay Range:  $18 – $23 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose.  Your role will be to:

• Prepare and complete the shipping activities including packing components, constructing shipping containers or skids, creating documentation, and processing postage for domestic and international shipments. 
• Construct and customize crates, boxes, and skids using carpentry skills, power tools, and shipping standards to ensure safe transport of machine parts and full machine shipments.
• Perform inventory control and material movement in SAP, including scanning, updating stock locations, and operating storage and retrieval systems to maintain accurate inventory.
• Execute order fulfillment and material handling tasks by pulling parts, delivering materials to shipping, packaging orders, and preparing kits for delivery to assembly areas.
• Receive and inspect incoming freight, unload trucks, verify components, store materials properly, and support daily warehouse operations as part of the material handling team.

We are seeking someone who has a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.  2 years of manufacturing receiving  experience preferred. Carpentry, use of power saws and other equipment to build boxes and skids.  Forklift and overhead crane experience required. And basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
