Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Sales invoice (SAPB1) and E waybill
- Preparation of Customer reconciliation
- Preparation of AR Aging monthly basis
- Preparation of GSTR1 data monthly basis
- Preparation of prepaid expenses schedule
- EDPMS and IDPMS document submission to bank
- Fixed assets invoice booking
- AP invoice booking
Software Knowledge
- SAPB1
- MS Office
- MS Excel.

What you'll do
- The Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing sales invoices and customer reconciliations, as well as managing accounts receivable aging and GSTR1 data. Additional duties include booking fixed assets and accounts payable invoices.
