About this role

Riporta al Customer Support Center Manager (CSCM) e si occupa di fornire assistenza tecnica e supporto ai clienti per la risoluzione di problemi. Ha in carico l’erogazione di alcuni servizi accessori e svolge attività di supporto all’organizzazione service.  
Questo ruolo richiede una grande propensione al problem solving, conoscenza delle tecnologie e delle macchine, approfondita conoscenza di programmazione e progettazione sw, e una comprovata esperienza nel ruolo tecnico.  
RESPONSABILITA’  
• È responsabile di garantire una risposta puntuale alle richieste dei clienti per i quali costituisce il punto di riferimento tecnico. È inoltre incaricato di assicurare l’erogazione dei servizi accessori. 
ATTIVITA’  
I Suoi compiti sono:  
• Raccogliere e rispondere alle chiamate di assistenza provenienti da Clienti. 
• Gestire i ticket di assistenza a lui assegnati fino a risoluzione. 
• Interfacciarsi con il cliente al fine di identificare e risolvere le problematiche tecniche. 
• Supportare l’Ufficio Ricambi per l’approvvigionamento del materiale. 
• Rendicontare l’intervento di assistenza ai fini dell’informazione al Cliente e della redazione di un data base storico di consultazione. 
• Impostare, eseguire e controllare la progettazione di commesse di ammodernamento impianti.  
REQUISITI E COMPETENZE 
I requisiti e le competenze richieste sono:  
• Buona Conoscenza lingua inglese (Gradita anche la conoscenza della lingua portoghese) 
• Proattività, orientamento al cliente 
• Ottime capacità di analisi e problem solving 
• Attitudine al team work 
•Disponibile a viaggiare e ad effettuare turni di reperibilità 
• Flessibilità e resistenza allo stress 
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office in particolare Excel 
• Approfondita conoscenza di programmazione applicata al campo dell’automazione 
• Buona conoscenza di C++ e Visual Studio 
• Buone competenze di programmazione S7/TiaPortal. Rockwell gradita 
• Buona conoscenza di reti Profibus Profinet e LAN 
• Lettura e comprensione dei disegni elettrici e meccanici. (Base)
