Sous la direction du Responsable de site vous pilotez les techniciens de maintenance et les interventions techniques:
- Vous managez l’équipe maintenance et gérez le planning (10 personnes)
- Vous êtes garant des processus et règles liées à la santé et la sécurité.
- Référent technique, vous participez à des interventions spécifiques
- Vous êtes force de proposition sur les sujets d’amélioration

Profil
Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en maintenance industrielle. Personne de terrain, votre leadership et vos qualités relationnelles sont vos atouts.
