Financial Business Application- Temporary Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial application manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across our Financial Business Applications landscape.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Finance team to translate business needs into application solutions, delivering impactful improvements to processes, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

This position reports to the IT Business Application Director and is a temporary position (±8 months) as a replacement for maternity leave.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?

• Identifying, writing, and managing new financial business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. 
• Be the go-to professional - Be the main focal point and hands-on expert for finance, procurement & FP&A teams, and ensure the engagements are managed with a focus on high satisfaction and retention.
• Be the primary contact with third-party developers on solutions. Leading the end-to-end development process from design to acceptance & implementation.
• Perform all of the above in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Provide end-user training and Support.

Requirements

• 3 years in managing NetSuite ERP Software solutions (NetSuite Hands-on experience - Must Have).
• Wide understanding of financial business processes and ability to translate requirements to technical design.
• Working in a public trading company - Advantage.
• Working in SOX compliance methodologies - Major advantage.
• CPA, Industrial engineer, Economist, experienced accountant (CPA -major advantage).
• Familiarity with Workato is an advantage and will support faster onboarding into the role
• A strong business processes understanding, high logic and analytic skills, ability to define and outline business requirements.
• Self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical and Project management skills.
• Team player
• Excellent Hebrew & English communication skills (verbal and written).
