About the Team
The UX Team consists of 20 UX professionals, including researchers, product designers, and design system developers. Our mission is to deeply understand the needs of Fitch’s end users, both internal and external. We focus on aligning the applications we build to meet or exceed these needs by delivering intuitive and simple user flows and user interfaces that enable end users to complete their workflows with precision and speed.

The UX Team collaborates daily with product managers, developers, testers, business stakeholders, and end users. This cross-functional collaboration ensures that we integrate diverse perspectives and insights into our design process, ultimately enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our products.

FOR TORONTO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $115,000 and $140,000 CAD per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
