About this role

Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Administrator to join the Ratings Operations team based out of our Sydney office. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time (three to four days per week) basis.

About the Team

This position will be part of the Ratings Admin Services team which consist of 10 Administrators located in 8 different offices across APAC and EMEA. The Sydney office has approximately 50 employees. The team fosters an open, collaborative, and inclusive culture within an international environment, offering learning opportunities through professional development and training programs, with this role available on a full-time or part-time basis (three to four days per week).

 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Manage the administrative tasks for Sydney office by providing support for travel and expenses, preparing on-site meetings, and other general office tasks such as answering the phone.
  • Contribute to the wider team by sharing knowledge and proposing ideas on how to work smarter.
  • Support the organization of office and team events.
  • Act as First Aid Officer and Fire Warden.

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • You hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a corporate office, ideally in a varied role.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Proficient use of MS Office 365.
  • Knowledge of SAP Concur is advantageous.
