We are entering an exciting new phase in the evolution of our luxury brand, as we expand our presence in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland into a state-of-the-art three-site campus. Our Global HQ in Penrose, Distribution Centre in East Tāmaki and our world leading Global Experience Centre in the Grey Lynn.

These bespoke, purpose-built developments located strategically across the region will see Fisher & Paykel create a centre for excellence in appliance design and innovation in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Based at our current East Tāmaki Design Centre. As the Social Media Specialist, you will deliver consistent, brand aligned marketing-focused outputs across all digital and social marketing touch points.

We are looking for a proven digital and social media marketing specialist, with a track record of successfully executing marketing strategies, that influence market share and profitable growth.

Liaising and working with internal teams and our key markets globally, you’ll be a channel expert engaging with stakeholders to drive and deliver timely, accurate targeted organic and paid social content across our social channels and our partners. 

What You’ll bring to the role

You will be a highly energetic marketing professional who thrives in a creative environment, you’ll welcome new challenges and variety but equally, can focus on getting a project out the door on time.

In this role, you will be responsible for various global social media channels, growing social media following, engagement, brand awareness, B2B and B2C.  Both Organic and paid social media strategy as planned with our various global markets across our brands.

  • Intermediate level (3-5 years), gained experience via social or media Agency 
  • Understand the importance and strategy behind content, messaging, channel fit, audience targeting, investment in paid social media activity. Used to owning the budget, budget tracking, presenting to clients, or internal teams, both approach and reporting
  • Able to optimize, report on and plan content based on what is performing best and why 
  • Confident and comfortable with presenting to a range of stakeholders across multiple markets and functions (marketing and non-marketing)
  • Hands on with tools like Meta Business manager, publishing tools, understand social media paid strategy 
  • Social media experience across, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok. Knowledge of how to plan, optimize and report on these channels.
