Unix Production & Application Support with AWS Cloud (5 to 7 Yrs) – Bangalore/Chennai/Pune

About the team

This team will support the Australian client in a 24/7 roster

What you bring:

• Overall experience of 5-7 years
• Providing L2 support for application by using SQL, Linux/UNIX.
• Experience in handling Production Application support in the capacity of L2 / L3.
• Hands on experience in AWS Cloud Engg ,Automation, CI CD
• Handling the Production and Non-prod Issues
• They should be a go getter and possess engineering mindset.
• Good experience in Configuration changes, Business Validations for all Changes/Releases that goes to PROD, AWS File Transfer operational functional support for File movement.

What you will be doing:

• The team will be working in the capacity of L2 Unix Application Support.
• Their main role is to carry out the Daily/weekly/Monthly/ Yearly task.
• Prioritizing, managing and resolving incidents or requests on multiple application
• Closely work with Developers/L3 team to provide correct analysis and solution.
• Supports and configured AWS services for overall processing.
• May require in-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management and related infrastructure technologies and practices
• Proficiency in business modeling and business requirements definition disciplines
