Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotational assignments across IT teams
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under supervision.
  • Contribute to IT projects through new product rollouts, system upgrades/migrations and process automation.
  • Learn and apply security best practices.
  • Document processes and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12/Matric with Pure/Core Mathematics Level 5 or …
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Comfort using a computer, navigating file systems, and using common applications (web browsers, word processors, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of IT concepts like what operating systems are, what a network is, memory , etc.
    • Awareness that writing code involves giving instructions to a computer to solve problems or automate tasks
    • how to search for information online and use resources like Stack Overflow, ChatGPT or technical documentation.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to Learn and Persevere
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
