Are you someone who can:

To deliver expert solution design and advisory services by crafting and coordinating innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions that align with strategic objectives and business needs, ensuring optimal value for clients.

• Create, prepare and present business cases to support design of solutions, products and enhancements that will deliver on the strategic objectives of product house or business unit.
• Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
• Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
• Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements.
• Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
• Compile reports that track progress of solutions in the market and their performance towards guiding business to make informed decisions.
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
• Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
• Facilitate and coordinate end to end implementation of prioritised and approved solutions for relevant product house or business unit.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth in business.
• Invest in market awareness with particular focus on customer needs towards informing all design, development and support decisions.
• Where necessary co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders towards achieving stated business objectives.
• Extract customer business needs and requirements across a spectrum of industries and business sizes.

You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following skillset:

• Matric/National Senior Certificate with a relevant 3-year degree/National diploma
• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience using Reporting, Project tracking, analysis, documentation and Presentations.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with financial services products in the capacity of either product support, product development, or business analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint (Intermediate level a minimum)
• Intermediate to advanced experience working with PowerPoint, Excel (advanced) and Power BI
• Financial and analytical skills with particular focus on identifying trends through data.
