Are you someone who can:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Define objectives, scope, and success metrics for change initiatives.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to gain buy-in and reduce resistance.
• Create clear, consistent communication and provide timely updates.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Provide tools and resources to support employee adaptation.
• Identify risks and resistance; develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor adoption, track performance, and gather feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams, HR, and leadership to align with organizational goals.
• Embed changes into culture and processes; ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
