To implement and manage operational policies, procedures, risk and compliance processes for a branch environment to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiencies while ensuring excellent customer experiences and satisfaction- Managing costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines
- Maintain an efficient electronic tracking and monitoring processes on all activities and timelines for administrative and process support
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies
