We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate team player to join our Endscopy team. In this role you will assist the providers with a variety of endoscopic procedures, ensuring that each patient receives high quality care. 


Responsibilities

Preparing the room and assisting the provider during the procedure.

Reprocessing and sterilizing endoscopes according to established protocol.

Perform equipment checks and maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.

Monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for procedure.

Educating and comforting patients before, during and after procedure to provide a positive experience.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care and unit efficiency.

Able to assist with back-up late during the week and a holiday.


Qualifications

Graduate of a nationally accredited educational program for surgical technology. 

BCLS certified. 

Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and a commitment to patient safety and care quaility.
