• Manage a small, dedicated patient panel while also providing care for walk‑in acute needs, ensuring personalized continuity alongside same‑day access.
• Well established and thriving team of 4 providers treating patients from birth to age 90+.

• PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and possess NCCPA certification. NP must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Education program and have national certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of continuous APP experience in a busy Primary Care setting to include acute care is required. Prefer 5+ years of Primary Care APP experience.
• Must be comfortable independently managing assigned patients in a busy practice environment with minimal oversight from the supervising physician.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making.
• Must have a clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA BLS certification.
