About the Opportunity
This is for two (2) open positions with the FirstEnergy Service Company, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp.
The Financial Analyst - Distribution Portfolio conducts data mining, data interpretation and disseminating information to the leadership team for review and analysis. The business analyst works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, best practices, and other active methods for gathering and analyzing data as it relates to the needs of the organization.
This individual provides statistical insights that help the decision-making process and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget. The business analyst drives fresh initiatives for safety, financial planning and business data utilization and identifies business areas that can be improved for safety performance, increased efficiency, and strengthen business processes. The business analyst works closely with others throughout state operations to communicate their findings and helps implement changes to support state model objectives.
The preferred onsite reporting location is the Reading Office in Reading, PA. The corporate office in Greensburg, PA will be considered. Applicants must indicate that they are willing to relocate to PA.

FirstEnergy takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. In addition, your actual base salary will depend on various factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
The estimated pay range for this role is $77,500 - $101,000.
