About the team

The Revenue team is the engine behind our next stage of growth. It unites Account Management, Performance Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Partnerships into one high-impact, execution-first function. This is not a support org — it’s a force multiplier. We move fast, experiment aggressively, and operate at the frontlines of our most important growth bets. Over the next 12 months, no team will have a bigger impact on Firstbase’s trajectory.

What you will do

As Head of Revenue, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market function and lead Firstbase’s most critical growth initiatives. You’ll set the vision, assemble world-class talent, and drive cross-functional execution across every revenue-generating channel.

Own and drive cross-functional revenue strategy across Account Management, Growth Engineering, Performance Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated GTM execution.

Build and lead a high-performing sales organization — including hiring two new AEs — and establish scalable launch strategies that convert leads and expand existing customer value across new product lines.

Scale brand and performance marketing by collaborating with internal and external talent to execute campaigns across digital and real-world channels.

Partner with Growth Engineering (engineers + designers) to design, launch, and manage experiments across the full funnel — from pre-sale engagement to in-product onboarding.

Shape the Firstbase narrative by working with leadership and internal teams to create best-in-class written and video content that redefines quality in our space.

You should meet the following requirements

Based in New York City, or willing to relocate.

5+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles at high-growth tech companies (sales, operations, or GTM leadership).

Exceptional consulting or operating experience may substitute for direct sales leadership.

Proven track record of owning and scaling revenue in cross-functional, high-growth environments.

Deep understanding of Account Executive functions — either through direct management experience or close cross-functional collaboration.

Strong grasp of CRM, BI, analytics, marketing, and sales tools.

Proven leadership experience hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.

Excellent taste and creative instincts, with examples of high-quality written, visual, or video content you’ve produced or led.

Strong understanding of the startup landscape and how modern companies are structured, operate, and scale.

High level of energy and resilience. Mediocrity is your enemy. You don’t stop until you get to “great.” You’re relentless in pursuit of excellence.
