• Job Description
  Major Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots and repairs various facility components and systems which may include electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, industrial waste water treatment plant, etc.
  • Inspects and tests equipment and performs preventive maintenance.
  • Performs mechanical work in the maintenance and minor repair of facility systems and equipment.
  • Installs new components and systems.
  • Cleans or performs any other general facility upkeep tasks as directed by management.
  • Properly disposes of non-hazardous and hazardous liquid and solid waste.

  
  
  Minimum Education or Certifications Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  
  
  Minimum Experience or Skills Required

  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Possesses a broad base of knowledge, skill, and ability in various maintenance and repair disciplines
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment as required
  • Maintain a safe work place
  • Electrician and welding licensing preferred

  
  
  Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Works in the facility or outdoors as required
