- Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities
- Training new QC Staff
- Help retain employees and resolve conflicts.
- Assign and oversee that shift tasks are completed fully
- Fleet Verification inventory per shift requirements
- Ensure that we are aware of the where abouts of all our Vehicles
Minimum Education or Certifications Required- High school diploma, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience or Skills Required- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions- Role requires working in various environments, including: office, maintenance, and outdoors.

- Supervise the Quality Control Shift Team and ensure the efficiency and productivity of the team. Manage team tasks, oversee workflow, and ensure vehicle whereabouts are accounted for.
