Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Internship
Interns will work within the team to provide support where needed and complete tasks as assigned. Associates have good verbal and listening skills.  Responsibilities will include assisting with daily operational tasks, reporting and various projects with the Network Operations Center (NOC).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Proficient with all Word, Excel and Visio software programs.
• Gain an understanding of security strategy and the various technologies employed.
• Complete tasks as assigned and provide feedback.
• Provide updates as needed to the team and Management.
• Work with Management team on various projects.
• Flexible and willing to learn new opportunities. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education
• General understanding of information security best practices.
• General understanding of networks and applications
• Possess intermediate to exceptional technical computer skills
• Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
• Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language
• Time management skills
