About this role
At Finsolutia, we are expanding our SaaS platform for mortgage brokers and credit intermediaries, and we’re looking for a Product Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to help scale and evolve our product.
You will work closely with product, engineering, design, QA and customer success teams, taking ownership of key initiatives related to feature improvement, product execution, user adoption, and internal enablement.
✨ What’s Your Role in This Journey✨
- Product Execution & Requirements: Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into well-structured product requirements and user stories. Collaborate with product, engineering, design and QA teams during backlog refinement and sprint activities to ensure clear scope, alignment, and high-quality feature delivery within Agile teams.
- Customer & User Insights: Collect and structure customer feedback and support user research activities to identify usability issues and contribute to continuous product improvements.
- Documentation & Enablement: Maintain accurate product documentation and release notes, and support internal enablement through product demos, feature explanations, and release communications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, QA customer success, and revenue teams to clarify requirements, support issue resolution, and ensure shared understanding throughout the delivery lifecycle.
💯 What do We Expect from You? 💯
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Experience producing high-quality product requirements (user stories, workflows, requirements, release notes), using tools such as Confluence, or similar.
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding APIs and SaaS concepts.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in English
- Experience in mortgage credit, insurance, fintech, proptech or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Experience using customer support or issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Intercom).
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Experience creating product demos, internal enablement materials, or release communications.
