Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, Construction, Mining or Power Systems is an asset.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Drive incremental sales of CAT products to all customers in the region.
Act as a liaison between customers, account teams, and Finning Product Managers.
Provide product application assistance, feature/benefit explanations, and repair options to customers and sales staff.
Collaborate with the Parts and Service Department to ensure proper inventory, packaging, and application.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, Construction, Mining or Power Systems is an asset.
Technical and/or parts experience (trade ticket) is an asset.
2+ years of related experience working with heavy equipment or related industries.
Proven results in marketing or sales operations, with the ability to capture the attention of internal sales teams, external channel partners, and customers.
Effective communication skills to instill customer confidence with product offerings.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is an asset.
Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.
