About this role
FIN VFX is excited to welcome Talent Managers to our growing studio.
This is a brand-new role designed to support our artists and production teams as we continue to scale. As a Talent Manager at FIN, you will play a meaningful role in the full lifecycle of our people — from recruitment and onboarding to career development, resourcing, training, and performance reviews.
You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day life of our studio, supporting artists and production staff, strengthening communication across departments, and contributing directly to our positive, collaborative, and people-driven culture.
Join a distinguished team of animation and VFX artists who have produced a great variety of incredible work including Sonic 3, The Creator, Alien: Romulus, Antman vs Wasp: Quantumania, Elvis, Thor: Love and Thunder, Extraction 2, Three Thousand Years of Longing, Shang Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings, Lost in Space, and I Am Mother.
