Job Description
1. Lead and execute Film Marketing campaigns in coordination with
distribution teams.
2. Identify the audience for titles and create campaigns to bring it to
their attention and pique their interest
3. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the
Marketing department
4. Manage relationships with studio partners as day-to-day as lead in
planning Film Marketing campaigns and evaluating external
opportunities.
5. Review and provide creative feedback and direction to ensure
campaign messaging is clear and aligns with goals and brand
6. Report on success of campaigns based on analysed insights, in
partnership with account manager.
7. Actively seek out new and innovative marketing ideas, partnerships,
and collaborations
8. Develop ways optimize guest excitement based on consumer insights
research.
9. Manage day-to-day plan execution and work alongside creative team to ensure creative is well aligned to strategy.
10. Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing
campaigns.
11. Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and
promotional material)
12. Identify opportunities to reach new customer segments and expand
market share
13. Responsible for the organization, planning and execution of events
(Premieres, Exhibitors showcase, Film Exhibitions)
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related
- CIM

Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
Ability to plan and manage budgets.

About Filmhouse Cinema
Filmhouse is a world-class, three-screen independent cinema based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Since its inception, Filmhouse has been the home of the Edinburgh International Film Festival and has been host to many fantastic screenings and events as part of the festival. The two organisations have always worked closely together, and this arrangement was formalised in 2010 with the formation of the Centre for the Moving Image (CMI), a registered charity which incorporates Filmhouse and EIFF. From 4 Apr 2014, the CMI has also been very proud to operate the Belmont Filmhouse in Aberdeen.
