We are recruiting a Management Support Officer to provide confidential administrative support to senior managers.
About the Role
Key tasks include:
Producing and formatting complex documents
Managing diaries, meetings and event arrangements
Taking accurate minutes and preparing papers
Handling correspondence and supporting information management
Maintaining IT systems and supporting use of technology
Providing customer contact support for enquiries
What You Need
Essential:
Office experience using current computer applications
SCQF Level 7 (e.g. HNC Business Administration or equivalent)
Strong organisational, prioritisation and minute‑taking skills
IT skills, including MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
Desirable:
Shorthand, audio typing or Customer Service qualification.
Experience with non‑standard corporate IT systems
