Job Details 

We are recruiting a Management Support Officer to provide confidential administrative support to senior managers.  

About the Role 

Key tasks include: 

  • Producing and formatting complex documents 

  • Managing diaries, meetings and event arrangements 

  • Taking accurate minutes and preparing papers  

  • Handling correspondence and supporting information management 

  • Maintaining IT systems and supporting use of technology 

  • Providing customer contact support for enquiries 

What You Need 

Essential: 

  • Office experience using current computer applications 

  • SCQF Level 7 (e.g. HNC Business Administration or equivalent) 

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and minute‑taking skills 

  • IT skills, including MS Office 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision  

Desirable: 

  • Shorthand, audio typing or Customer Service qualification. 

  • Experience with non‑standard corporate IT systems
