About this role

Overview

The Marketing Media Specialists responsibilities include assisting processing requests from all departments within our organization including organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies, assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success along with technical requests for escrow & graphic design; employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, website, rankings, etc.).

 

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Duties

· Support of all departments within the company.

· Role may involve broader range tasks requiring more hands-on approach across different areas within department.

· Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

· Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success; Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.

· Communicate directly with clients (internal & external) in a professional manner and encourage trusting relationships.

· Support and train sales executives on how to effectively use the marketing resources.

· Create forms and landing pages to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs and create email marketing campaigns & tracking KPI’s.

 

Event Planning & Execution:

·Plan, organize, and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, webinars.·Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering services, audiovisual equipment.·Develop event timelines; manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness.·Oversee on-site operations during events ensuring smooth execution.·Analyze feedback post-events evaluating success and areas of improvement.

Content Creation:

·Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).·Develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules.·Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to manage reputation, ­­identify key players, and coordinate actions.·Develop internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news/events.·Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.·Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

 

Community Management:

·Monitor SEO and user engagement and communicate to Director for review.·Manage paid social campaigns or platforms.

Education

High School DiplomaBachelor’s degree OR 2+ years’ experience

Experience

·Experience in Graphic Design.·Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.·Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.·Good knowledge of media techniques, CRM and databases.·Experience & enjoyment for creative marketing campaigns, working with WordPress, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Suite.·Ability to articulate challenges and to anticipate and solve problems.·Works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and execute incoming tasks/requests.·Ability to meet/manage deadlines with consistent follow-through & work effectively.·Enjoys working in partnership or on a team.·Communication skills and ability to synthesize information quickly.·Coachable, quick and eager to learn, solution oriented.·Determined and motivated to succeed.·Social media campaigns & driving engagement as well as growing followings in groups, business pages, personal pages.·Creates and implements strategies on all social media platforms with corporate direction.·Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.

·Very strong written & verbal communication skills, and high-level grammatical and editing skills.·Ability to track success of efforts.·Experience with email marketing automation.·Social media experience across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience with social media automation as well as, TikTok & Snapchat are a plus but not required.·Proficiency with Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Suite, and Canva.·Photography/Editing skills.
