The Role
The Principal Business & System Process Analyst will lead the design, optimization, and automation of Fidelity’s business processes. You will partner with business, architecture, and delivery teams to assess current processes and supporting systems, identify inefficiencies and technical constraints, analyze system interactions and data flows, and design future-state workflows and system behaviors that leverage enterprise automation

The Team
You will be embedded within a cross-functional squad, serving as the primary process and analysis expert responsible for translating business needs into well-architected workflows and digital capabilities. You will collaborate closely across product, engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle to create frictionless, scalable digital experiences.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
